Return Policy:
We sell only new items, and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. We realize the need to actually see and handle an item to know if it is acceptable. Therefore, you may return any item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less the shipping, any returns after 14 days will incur a 30% restocking fee (only items in sellable condition). Shipping Policy:
Shipping quotes are based on products in stock at the time of the order. All shipments including live plants sent ground may take 7 to 14 business days however in most cases shipping times are less. Orders for lucky bamboo and orchids placed later in the week may not be shipped until the following Monday. If a specific delivery date is needed please specify this request in the comments section when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for failing plants due to the following situations:
- Once the items are reported as delivered by the chosen carriers, we can no longer be held responsible.
- We highly recommend that you have your plant orders be shipped 2nd day air and delivered to your place of business so plants are not left outside during the day. This is especially true during the winter and hot summer months, live plants left outside during inclement weather may be damaged.
- From November to April each plant is packaged with a temporary heat source which lasts 48 hours. This helps to protect it from possible damage due to extreme drops in temperatures.
