lucky bamboo should I re-pot?

Can I re-pot the whole thing into a larger container. I have the 6 woven trellis type. Still with the twist-ties on it. I love the shape, should I re-pot it?
Answer
Just like any potted plant after 2-5 five years (depending on the size of the plant and pot originally) lucky bamboo will need a larger home. If your plant is simply in water currently you can either re-pot it in a actual pot with drainage and planting media or move to a larger vessel that holds water.
