What is a good mosquito plant?

By mosquito plant I assume you are looking for plants that repel mosquitos. For that I would recommend Nepeta cataria (Catnip), Rosemary or Tagetes (Marigold). For best results plant in pots and place them around your patio. Citronella based products are another option which are derived from natural oils in citronella grass found in the tropics. You can grow citronella grass but it is quite large and will only grow in the southern most parts of the country. There are "mosquito plants" on the market but I have no experience with them.
