My tomatoes are ripening very slowly, is there any method which will hurry them along? They are in a hoop house because we live at 7500 ft. Will keeping them warm help or hurt?
Answer
The warmer temperatures will help however the number of days until harvest is determined by days of sunlight the plants receive. Depending on the variety of tomato you planted it will take somewhere between 60-90 days until your tomatoes are ready to harvest.
