Bringing potted plants in for the winter.

We are getting ready to bring some of our plants indoors for the Winter -should we spray them with bug spray? If so, what would you suggest?
Answer
In most cases it is not necessary because as the temperature drops most insects have moved on or gone dormant. However if there are insects present on the plant I would recommend using a insecticide that is specifically made for plants that can be used both indoor and outdoor.
