Naturally slightly dwarf tree is extremely precocious, setting profuse amounts of attractive flowers and fruit in the first year. Would make an attractive ornamental. Fruit is small to medium sized, with yellow skin, blushed pinkish red. Garnet Sash has large seeds with very flavorful sweet-tart juice, a great source of antioxidants. It would be an excellent choice for juice blending. Harvest from late September to mid October. Requires 150-200 chill hours. Self-fruitful. Dave Wilson Nursery.
