Collie Mullens is an upright, compact Rose of Sharon with Semi-double pink flowers with darker eyes. This shrub is often trained as a small tree or trimmed to to remain small but will reach 10' if left alone. Also known as Collie Mullens shrub althea. Best in humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil.
