Excellent branching habit and form. Will require less pruning and forms a well-branched tree even as a young plant is is vigorous grower. Has excellent winter hardiness and proved to be less susceptible to winter frost cracking, sun scald and dieback compared to Autumn Blaze. The fall color is consistent red to burgundy red. Smaller leaves and finer branching gives it a more delicate appearance in the landscape.
