My bamboo has six stalks to it. I have had it almost a year and the plant is now about 2 1/2 feet tall. I would like to shape it into like the heart shape or some shape. Could you help me do this. Thank you very much. Bonnie
Answer
It maybe difficult to form your lucky bamboo into the spiral, freeform and heart shapes you see around those are created using forms and the plants desire to grow toward light. Your best option maybe to use the lattice form using ties and slowly adjust the ties pulling the stems into the position you desire. I wish I could be more help they are grown overseas where the growing conditions are optimal and take years to mature.
