Gerbera daisies are drooping
ksbpf78@ asks:
Question
What do I do if my daisies are drooping? Is ther a way to make them straighten up again?
Answer
It could just be that the flower has run its course, a couple weeks on average. If the flower slowly begins to brown it is time to remove the flower at its base encouraging new growth. Full-sun in hotter climates may also cause the flowers to droop, in most climates around the US gerbera daisies do best in partial-sun. If the leaves are drooping as well there could be a root issue either root bound or disease.
