I have been trying to find out what this bush is called and no one can give me a definitive answer. Please help! I love it and want to get some for my home!

Can you telling us where in the country the plant is located and any other characteristics? Does it flower year round? Does it drop its leaves? It looks like a young tree of the Malus genus not a shrub.
