Peachcott Tree dying
Question
I bought this 6 feet tree three months ago. After transplanted, the tips got burnt. Right now all leaves are burnt. In fact, after transplant, there was no sign of growth. The life of the tree is fading day by day. I water it slowly four times per week, still cannot save it. I live in Phoenix. The soil in my backyard is clay. Can peachcott grow on this soil? It is too big to be transplanted?
Answer
It maybe a loss at this point. You should be able to grow a peachcott in you zone in your soil, try planting one in the fall so it has time to establish roots before the hot Phoenix summer occurs.
