philodendrin/freeze
Ken Mcconnico asks:
Question
How do I prune split leaf philodendron damaged by freeze temperatures?
Answer
I would start by removing each damaged leaf back the main stem, damaged leaves left on the plant will draw energy away from new growth. Removing the damaged leaves this time of year will encourage new growth and by summer depending on its size now, you may not be able to tell. I have witnessed philodendron die all the way to the ground and come back the following summer, larger plants may take a few seasons.
