How will long it take for the chocolate vine to bloom?

Chocolate Vine or it's latin name Akebia quinata profuse bloomer in mid spring, young and old plants should produce flowers. 

Plant with caution the Chocolate Vine or Akebia quinata is a invasive species in parts of the country.
